I'm a female and it is a dinner date. He kept insisting on finding out if I had a boyfriend and a I said no so I suggested to meet up for dinner. I just haven't been in the dating world because too much headache

UGH...Don't take your boobies out! Goodness sakes, that is insane. What do you need help with? Treat your date with the same amount of respect that you wanted to be treated with. Don't talk about your ex, until you know your date very well. Dress classy but not sluty (if you don't want to sleep with him). Smile a lot wear some nice perfume & have a good time. (listen to your date!! Not enough people listen to each other anymore!)
You'll do great, no need to worry. Just think about it like this, your just sitting across the table with someone you want to get to know, there is no pressure beyond that. If your uncomfortable you can just cut conversation short & tell them you think you'd better call it a night. Always have an excuse to leave just in case things don't pan out. No need to make yourself uncomfortable for too long if you don't think things will work out.

you should not do the nasty anymore at your age. you will get hiv and die of aids. cannot judge a book by its cover, can get aids from a strange lover. shaking hands is okay but do hanky panky and you gonna pay. the price is high and you will regret that day you can bet.
i quit way back when and i finally decided to try and not sin! hallelujah! glory to god! buckeyes gonna turn that gator it a new pair of shoes! Go buckeyes!

It doesn't matter if you're male or female, all you have to do is enjoy your date, show your personaity and take it as slow as you wish. IT IS BEST IF you don't treat it like a date but more like you're having a laugh with a good friend.
Then everything WILL come naturally and you'll be fine!

just be yourself and have fun. But DONT bring up your ex as a subject to talk about if you find your intrested in the other person.
HE/SHE will run for the hills.

depends on the girl... if you know her, try to do something she likes, if you just met her, well a nice little italian restaurant, wine and a nice conversation is perfect....just dont try to kiss her if she doesn't give you green light on that
