I am 12 and i haven't got my period what are some signs

God don't look for it. Cramps and pain every month. Mine came in the 5th grade(many years ago). Those who were more athletic than me started a little later. It is different for everyone. Enjoy life without it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12 is not abnormal for not having a period yet. If you haven't talked to your mom about it yet, I'd start there. Otherwise, talk to your doctor. And don't worry about it: once you get there, you're going to have to deal with it every month until you're 50 or so...be patient...it's not a huge party every month!

First of all, having your period is not fun, at all, i don't know why i was in such a rush to get it. btw, i got it when i was 12. some signs, ummm..., stomach pains- like in the lower abdominal area, fatigue, headache, mood swings... but plz, enjoy life while you don't have your period.

you will get your period when its trust me you can wait because its not all that its cracked up to be. if your 12 it shoulod be soon but no later than a couple of years from now.

You get gunky discharge for about two years before. I started mine at twelve, but some of my mates started as late as fifteen, some at eleven, it's just all random. Take advantage of the freedom while you still have it!

Don't freak. Some people don't get it until they're 16.
If you're really concerned, talk to a doctor, they will help.
