hey, i agree with you. they are too charismatic and are not very sincere. they only talk about things that will draw attention to themselves. i would suggest not wacthing them and watch something else that is uplifting but not preachy
a good clean show that me and my family watch is Reba. very funny. also home improvement is funny and good to watch.
if you like stuff like mtv or vh1 but not the stuff that's on there, there are two channels i watch. there is the Gospel Music Channel ( i watch Rock Block) and JCTV which is more like an MTV. there is one show I like about a radio staion in dallas called power fm that shows behind the scenes of a radio station.
but to answer you're question, no, you are not bad for not liking them. i am in complete agreance with you.

For 1, they scare me. This one guy that is always on always talks about how soon the end of the world is going to be & twists everything into a sign of it! I watched his show once & got totally freaked out.
Those evengelists never sound sincere do they? Along with the constant asking for money, and the violent stories they tell,
it is no wonder so many young people are leaving the churches because the parents teach their kids such VIOLENTand SICK stuff (its in the bible and its true, and its gonna happen to you).
You are free to skip the religious channels and watch whatever you wish.

No Sister it is not bad to skip Religious channels. Unless you wish to get a good laugh at a overdone face full of makeup and insincerity.
I am sure there are some good ones out there but they are usually sandwiched between some really bad ones. The Best thing to do is find a good Bible believing Church, which seems to be something you already are doing so I recommend more Bible study time and Prayer.

some are impressive communicators and adept on the paintings of talking understanding to the plenty. Others a lot less so. As in all issues. Such Is existence. to locate a clergyman or preacher domestically interior of your neighbourhood, or chancing upon one whom you may relate to or who appeals, is a blessing in itself. I have a tendency to criricise a lot of what they say. which isn't strong. An open thoughts, a warmth heart and supplicated soul are necessary to absord any understanding fairly Gods. We dont bless one yet another anymore. not 'strong day' or have a staggering day' or 'take care'. It speaks a lot about a society even as it ceases to wish nicely upon itself, if really as a count number of polite verbal replace. I consistently smile and want nicely those that i'm inspired to, and its very infectious, human beings get rid of darkness from, and smile beamingly, and being variety to at least one yet another turns into undemanding, 2d nature... You are 14 and need to be reading the word of God and only following it.
If the TV so called "preachers" are NOT doing what GOd says they are FALSE TEACHERS.
We rre warned by GOD to watch out and NOT LISTEN to False Teachers because they are the anti-christ.

They pay to go on TV. No one monitors what they say or do. They answer to no one but themselves. Note that the TV station usually shows a disclaimer that what is said during the show is the opinion of the participants and not that of the station. They also beg for your donations. Do they ever send you a financial report to tell you what was done with those donations? I agree with you. They're scary.

no it is not bad that you skip over them. Just as with any religion
there are good people and bad. Unfortunately the TV evangelists
are not there to make you feel good theie there to make money.
Stick with what you belive and watch what you want.

I am an Atheist, and I watch these programs. You should too, so you know what kind of an impression these fools make on everyone else.
