i hate orange juice so instead i drink a lot of V8. is V8 an okay sub for oj nutrition wise?

regular has ALOT of sodium so be careful with how much you consume, there are many other juices with vitamin c if that is what you are looking for. apple cranberry grape grapefruit....and so on

With its salt content, V8 is anything but healthy. Cranberry Juice, Grape Juice are both very healthy.

It has a TON of salt in it.
Try unsweetened apple juice It's
great warm with a little Cinnamon.

It's even better and less sugar. Just get the low sodium or else instead of substuting sugar you'll be drinking salt.

It has more salt, and maybe a few more calories, but other than that it is even better than Orange Juice.

V8 is made up of vegetables hense the name,you need fruit/vitamin,you could try blackcurrant or fish oil tablets
