I want to lose some of the fat on my legs and get into better shape so I feel better about myself but i don't know how to do this. Can you give me some specific exercise tips or plans?? Thank you so so much!

use to have fat legs myself- got job at motel as housekeeper-fat on legs gradually firmed up-i believe all that stair climmbing had a positive effect- so i suggest you find aset of stairs to climb on a daily basis-commercial stair climbers do not have the same effect- good luck!

Run! Walking, jogging, or running is the best way to help this. Biking and other activities such as the stair stepper always help too. Get to work!

running, walking, climbing stairs are good ways, but you need to do warm up stretches first. I used to be a dancer and one of the ways we would tone our legs was by using a stationary bicycle, you can peddle slowly, faster, and go your own speed not having to worry about peddling home.

dont drink soda. drink lots of water. run/ jog/ bike/ hike/ go to the gym.
