So... I gave my girlfriend this necklace awhile ago, on our third date. Probably a year or so ago... She broke up with me about a week ago, but I have noticed she is still wearing it even though she has another boyfriend? I don't get it???

I know, its just sort of bugging me, she has tons of other ones that are way nicer than that, and she never really wore it until last week

May be she does not think of it as some thing from you. She just thinks of it as a necklace.

It's hard to know isn't it? Does she just really like the necklace and not realize the message it might send you or is she hoping to send you a message?
If it's only been a week see how things go and if she keeps wearing it and tries to talk to you. I would sit back and see how she acts.

No matter how meaningless and trivial things might seem to men there is nothing meaningless to a woman, everything means something. She still wears it cause it has significant emotional value. Even though she is with someone else doesn't mean she's completely over the year you two spent together. Or maybe she just thinks it's pretty. I don't know her side of the story.

some girls like to show that they still have faith in getting back together while others do it just to spite you. what do think she is doing? if you two are still good friends then she is wearing it because she likes it its from you and you have a chance of getting back together. if you are enamies now then it is just to make you angry and greeve over her. besides she might even wear it to remember all the good times you have had together

dude girls always do that ****! i think they feel they will always have a place in there hearts for that guy that gave them that piece of jewlery. it dont necesarily mean she want u back, but she just showing she appreciated u and cares bout u still.
