Any ideas?? I love tattoos, I have plenty of my own and he likes them and I think that it would really spice up our marriage beacause I think that tattoos are super attractive. He notices me look at passing gyes that have them and knows there a huge turn on for me but any suggestions on how to lightly persuade him towards one?? Even if its only me that sees it?? :)

I have drawn on him before and he liked it, and he said he would consider getting one but it just hasnt ever been a priority for him enough to take seriously to think up a design I guess.. I dunno. We were planning to get some sort of matching type connected tattoos but I guess he doesnt see it as a priority so doesnt save the money for it. Would paying for it for him add to much pressure to the situation??

Personally I love tattoos on both men and women. But that is not something you should pressure someone to do. Its a permanent mark on your body. You wouldn't want someone pressuring you to say get a pile of s-it tattooed on you! If hes not ready and he gets one it will just cause problems in your relationship. He might even hate you for it!

Is he your husband or your father? It is both sexist and disrespectful for him to say he's getting a tattoo but you can't. You miss your brother just as much as he misses his sister. He should love you, not what you decide to put on your skin. Perhaps you two could make a date out of it; go to the shop together. But if he insists that you not get one, just come home with it. You two are partners in your relationship and he has no right to tell you what to do. Blessings.

i don't know that it is a good idea for you to try to convince him to get one. my husband is newly tattooed (two very large pieces) but i really never pressured him into doing it. he just had to come into it in his own time. i'd sometimes say "have you thought of something to get tattooed yet?" but nothing more than that. otherwise he may get his feelings hurt.

You shouldnt be forcing someone into getting a tattoo..
That's his body, his choice.
If it turns u on so much tell him to get temp tattoo's or airbrushed tattoo's then he can srub them off or fade away intime rather than regreting it then blaming u!

Start looking online for some design's that you think he might be likely to "accept" then maybe take that design to a Henna tattoo artist and have a tempoary tattoo put on him. Let him live with it for a bit and see how he likes it. In the mean time, you let him know how much it makes you crazy!! :) Good luck!

wait until he is in a deep sleep and get some huge dudes to sit on him and tattoo him. (just kidding) tell him about it just incase he doesnt know how you feel, then try drawing some on. if he finds a design that he likes enough then you never know he may want to turn his body into a canvas. good luck

You shouldn't persuade him to get a tattoo. It is his body, not yours to ink up.

Tattoos are a bit trashy aren't they? How does anyone with a load of tattoos get taken seriously?

Just imagine if he asked you to get a nose or boob job, and see how you react.

Just straight up tell him that you think nothing would be hotter on him than a great tattoo and its a huge turn on for you.
Most men aren't going to sit there and argue if they know something will get you going.
If he doesn't want to, oh well! Atleast you tried!

I think you should ask him to get tattooed with you, maybe even matching tats. For our 5th anniversary my wife and I got matching tattoo wedding rings and she got a rose on her foot. She will never get another tattoo she claims but she went with me and got a couple this technique might work for you as well.

Sorry dear but you shouldnt try to push him into a tattoo if he doesnt want to let it be. If he has to get ink to spice it up you need to try something else cause its his body and if he regrets it later he will bla,e you for it
