its horrible when you are having a bad time with your partner but the best thing you could of done was said that you need time away from him, some space. some time apart and then see how you feel. you may want him back after a week. i had the same problem with my husband a few weeks ago and when he went away to stay with his mum and dad to give me some space i knew that i could not be without him and within a week i missed him loads. And he missed me and we need that space.

Wow 7 years huh?... thats definatly a deap nail you've driven in your relationship history.
It really depends on what kind of thigs your arguing about. Small things?.... reacuurent issues that you cant seem to get over?
Maybe an update on that will help.
Other than that- if he is starting all these arguments are causing them; then it is completly justified that you asked him to leave. Although it seems hardley understandable why you would ask a significant other of 7 yrs to leave. ppl usually only do that 1-2 yrs in the relationship....
So it probably is that whole 'itch' thing you where talking about. Maybe its time to start something new- Do more things together or take up an interest together... or maybe you shouldnt be with eachother anymore if you think you cant take it 'anymore'
sorry, but im kinda left with minimum details and this is all i have to offer..
Best Of luck!

what u jsut asked him to leave for the night? Yeah that is fine.... if u guys fight all the time it may be more than teh "7 yr itch" and could be that you have lost the feelings u once had. Thats somethin u will need to figure out on your own, but asking him to leave for the ngiht to spare more fighting it totally legit

Only you know the answer. Think of never being with him as a couple again, if this is bearable then maybe he's not the one for you. If this thought seems unbearable maybe you need to learn to communicate with one another a bit better. I would think it would be better to be loved and with someone, even someone who drives you crazy from time to time, than to be alone.

Arguing never gets any easier. Most cases it gets worse. Most couples try family therapy. This is a hard question to answer. To much was left unsaid. How long were you together, any kids, have you already tried therapy, etc.

If you are sure that you are the only victim here, you are right. But if you just want to cause him little pain because he hurt you,you should better talk to him about whole thing. Some times woman do not really want man to leave for ever, but due to lack of communication relation breaks for ever.Good luck.

You wern't wrong asking him to leave. These sort of things do need to be talked about, however there is no point in talking about important matters such as this if there is tension.
Talking about this sort of thing needs to be timed right.

When you hate the crap you are dealing with from this person more than you love them, it is time to re-evaluate the relationship. Basically, are you better off with him or without him?
