I finally let a man know that I am interested in him because it was obvious he was interested in me. He tried asking me out but we are at work and I didn't want anyone to overhear anything so I walked away just as he was about to ask. He tried calling me over to him to ask again later that day and I blew him off again and since then it is like he has been distancing himself from me like he thinks I am not interested even though I told him I was!! I know its my fault and I need to let him know again I am positively interested but I have to be careful about it since I'm at work. Can someone please help me out and give me some advice? It's like he's acting bitter toward me because he thinks I'm teasing him and I'm not!

Find a time (break? lunch?) where you can let him know. Or slip hi, your phone number so he can call you when it's convenient for both of you.

well obviously he thinks you blew him off and it seems like your confusing him and playing games. It only takes a few seconds to say call me later so we can go out or hook up. If he doesn't have your phone number write it down on a piece of paper and slip it to him as you walk by and whisper call me after work.

You blew him off twice and you think that doesn't matter? If you want to go out with him you better make yourself stop blowing him off when he tries to talk to you - every relationship is very delicate at first, like a small plant that must be nurtured.

definitely let him know again but that if he wants to get "hot and heavy" with you he's going to have to wait until your both away from work in an area where you feel most comfortable. He should understand. If not, then he's obviously not right for you at all.

yeah that was kinda cold, u should just told him if u could talk after work or give him ur number, seem interested but u just blew him off like that! that makes it seem like ur just playin games with him. now u gotta have enough guts and ask him out and hope he says yes cuz u lost ur chance.

slip him a note on his desk! then coyly walk away without any convo. When he opens the note it will give him your mobile number, then that give you the oportunity to speak outside of work, then when you have him outside work explain that you are interested but are shy when it comes to work collegues.
oh and apologise for denting his ego, it prob took alot of courage to try and ask u out

You need to call him after work and tell him how you feel.
At work tell him you want to talk on the phone but, You can not talk while you're at work.

get his phone No text him to meet u latter for tea, or make sure he is alone and ask him to help u with one spelling u know he will never get...it really works make sure he laughs about it if not correct and politely ask him what he want to say the other time.
