There are a lot or products to help with frizzy hair. Start with conditioning. A leave-in conditioner is easy to use - you simply spray it in your hair that has just been washed. Comb it through and allow it to dry. The conditioner will moisturize the dry ends which can contribute to frizz.

If you are about to head out and notice your hair is a bit out of control, a dab of hand or body lotion rubbed into the palms and lightly smoothed over the hair can work wonders.

Also, hair serums to reduce frizz can be effective. They are applied to damp hair for a smoother appearance.

If you blow dry your hair, attaching a diffuser will make it more gentle and give you a smoother style.

Another helpful hint is not to wash your hair every day. Washing every other day or even once a week will keep your hair from drying out.

I have long frizzy hair as well and I have tried many things. The first thing I would suggest would be Matrix Sleek and Smooth, it works very well in making the frizz go away after you blow dry and striaghten/curl your hair. Also when you are using a straightening iron, turn the temperture up pretty high. Matrix has a variety of products from shampoo and conditioner to straight iron spray.
