i been stress and i feel sick is that normal

Stress can reak havoc on your body, it is not uncommon for someone to become physically ill under stress. There are many actors and athletes who often throw up before a performance. There was a professional hockey goalie who always became physically ill before each and every game.

Stress can also cause immune system problems and your more prone to becoming ill while under stress.

When I am under a lot of stress I throw up.

Stress can DEFINITELY make you sick, in all shapes and forms. There was a time when I was so stress I started having irregular heart beats. It scared me and stressed me out more and made it worse! Best thing to do is take a personal day from whatever is making you so stressed. Spend time with friends/loved ones, and if all else fails, just take a day to sleep! ^_^ Sleep always helps me calm down, lol. Hope that helped!

Stress has many different symptoms, each and every one experiences stress differently. Vomiting is one of the major symptom of stress. Stress can cause "cyclic vomiting syndrome" a person experiences vomiting for a large period of time which used to start at same time regularly.

Absolutely. I had a job once that I was so nervous to start that I got sick (vomitting) while working my first shift. That's often a function of you mind saying "I can't stomach this" and so you vomit. Try to remember that you are perfectly safe and that change is good. If you can spend some time visualizing yourself in your mind happy, peaceful and confident it will help a lot. The more vivid and more often you can do it, the better.

It ca be very normal. I often get violently ill if I'm very stressed! It all depends on you and your situation. But I would have to say yes, I'm sure it's nerves!

well miss stress can do anything to your body but if its that bad you need to see a dr. they will give you something to calm you down and dont feel bad alot of people go to the dr. for stress these days

yes my dear. the one time when i was a little kid this one guy used to bully me around, so one night i was realy stressed about going to school that i puked, stress is a killer you gotta get rid of it. i hope it all works out with ya, but u need to relax.

but yes it is normal, you have to think that everything your mind works on affects your bodys functions

very much so, that's normal. Lay back ma, take a lil nap wake up in about an hour and then tend to your business. Or you can take a nice hot bath, that always helps me. Or talk to someone about it.
