Uh, we went to Iraq because Iraq invaded two of its neighbors, and was threatening a third (which they did invade). This started with the Iran-Iraq war in the 1980's. It continued with the invasion of Kuwait in 1990. We've been in the area since 1990.
It's not like Dubya was drinking Jack Daniels one day, and decided to invade some poor innocent little country. No, we've been there since 1990, and there has been shooting every day since then. Saddam refused to obey any UN mandates, and threw out the very weapons inspectors that would've saved him.
Heck, if Saddam would've gone along w/ the UN programs, he'd be happily killing Kurds and torturing Shiites in his palaces to this day....
But then, I suppose that killing 1 million people, starting a 20-year war, starving his own people, and using WMDs (the only incidents since WW1) isn't good reasons to end this war to some people.

No, it was a waste of money, people and time. We could have fixed our Health care system with that money. If it was so important to ht Iraq they could have done it surgically with commando and stealth attacks. But then again Bush had no choice the Israeli lobby put him up to it.
Peace,

Hell YES, I LOVE THIS WAR, we are sending amessage to all of the other countries that hate us if they mess with the US we will kill them unless theres a democratic president, Saddam was only killing his own people and had WMDs, and noone say he didnt becuase he said he had them and destroyed them but never said where he destroyed them so he didnt destroy them, SADDAM was a huge threat to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and if we didnt go to war we would all be dead becuase those damn Iraqi Terrorists would be cutting our heads off, but that will happen when a democatic president is elected, The dems are already ruining america and they have only ben in office for a few days now

there was absolutely no thread to the united states, the war was mounted on false inteligence, and it was also poorly carried out. so i believe no my dear. this was a mistake, we were all fooled and mislead by bush. and now we are loosing a lot of people over there, lots of good people, and the situation is not improving, you have to understand the minds of these people is twisted and corrupted by hatred that they pass on and on, even if opperations are a succes, wich i am sure they are since the us military pwns, they still gonna keep comming and comming.
