The Master was an innovator, and while some say it was the curse and other say it was drugs only God knows why he was taken from us too early.
Recent things point to the Hong Kong Triads(mafia) because he wouldn't make movies for them and he was killed.

Yea i heard from TLC thats its the brain swelling thing.
Its for the best though. He went out in his prime.
Muhammad Ali, Tyson, they were great and everyone remembers that, but then they also remember when they sucked it up towards the end. Shoudl've quit a couple fights before they did.
Would've happened to Bruce Lee eventually too.
Plus we only really see bruce lee as a film star. Wouldn't wanna fight him if he was 70, but still, his fame and greatness is that of an actor, so again. Its good it happened when it did.

Everyone has to die eventually . Bruce Lee died at a young age from a brain edema . ( swelling of the brain ) This was caused by an allergic reaction to a pain killer . Many conspiracy theories exist because people didn't want to believe that such an enigmatic , athletic young man could die of something as simple as an allergy .

I am sorry to burst your bubble, but Bruce Lee wasn't some god or demigod. He was just a man, just like the rest of us mortals. And just like the rest of us, he can die. Something went wrong or he did something stupid or there was an accident and that was the end of it. No mystical curse or celestial decree or anything.
His practices have overpopularized Eastern martial arts across the Western world and caused the near-extinction of European traditional martial arts.

So other martial artists could maintain the status quo of not teaching westerner. I've heard he was killed because he taught kung fu to westerners and death was the punishment.
Not stating this as fact, just a common story I've heard.
On the other hand, his death did make him a martyr and the popularity of martial arts in general kept going up after that.
Perhaps it had already reached a tipping point - there were alot of westerners practicing various things before that, but Karate wasn't part of the daily lexicon then. Heck O'Sensei (Morihei Ueshiba - founder of Aikido) said that Aikido was not a Japanese art for the Japanese - it was a way of being for the all of humanity. Some people thought about it this way, others didn't. (shrugs)
Would we have martial arts on every street corner today without Bruce Lee? I wonder. Would we not have McDojos (1 billion black belts served - only $200.00) on every other corner? I wonder that too.

Bruce Lee was having a headache when he visited his mistress. His mistress gave him a medicine for the headache which he has allergic to. That causes him to die. So basically he died at the hand of his mistress. In a Chinese saying "A Hero is difficult to win a beauty".

maybe thats the best way to end a legacy before he die the doctors told him he couldn't kick any more even if he didn't die he would of ended his statues as an fighter, actor.
the reason why he died some say the curse of the dragon, some say he had too may hits to the head and some say drugs , as time will move on people will remember his legacy not how he died

Some say he was cursed ('The Curse of the Dragon').
and if you believe that then you will believe that the curse also took his son Brandon (He was shot on a movie set by a prop gun that had a real bullet loaded in it).

So that his fame could survive any screw-ups he might make as he got older, like losing a fight.
