Increase exercise - walk at least 30 minuted a day - preferable more. And not a leisurely stroll - a brisk walk.
Eat small but nutritious breakfast. Oatmeal or fruit. Stay away from processed food and especially sugar.
Eat small lunch and dinner as well - again stay away from processed foods and simple carbohydrates. Eat small helping of nuts as a snack.
Don't starve yourself - just eat less, eat better food, and get more exercise.
