She's probably afraid when you don't eat what she thinks is a good amount because of all the news stories you hear on anorexia and bulemia. Why not just tell her you had a big snack when you came home from school, then take little portions of everything she made so you eat some of everything, and let her know that you eat a snack each day cause that's when you are hungry and if you eat more it wouldn't be good as you might throw up.

This is not normal.
You need a doctor; you may have an intestinal blockage, or perhaps you have a spastic duodenum.
On the other hand, since your concern doesn't seem to be your abnormal appetite, but your desire to refuse your mother's (reasonable) requests that you eat, I think you need a psychiatrist.
Either way, there is something wrong that bears investigation. I hope you're better soon.

dont eat anything when u come home from school, and maybe eat some nuts with ur yogurt at lunch to fill u up til supper

Tell her how difficult it is for you to eat normal quantities of food, and ask if she would take you to a doctor, because you can't take her constantly force-feeding you. However, what you're doing also sounds unhealthy and may be a disease, so i would go to a doctor to check it out just in case.

You will get used to larger portions, but you should do so more gradually, i had habits like you as well, i ate small portions sparsely throughout the day, one day i ate bowl of pasta and my stomach hurt that night like i was hungry it was actually because i wasnt used to eating that much for dinner, ive gotten used to it thoug, your stomach will adjust

but you do need to eat more than this sweetie you will become very very ill and it could be life threatning if you dont im sure you dont want to die ,do you ,,,,,try and snake on a little bit more at regular interviles and please tell your mum ,she must be so worried ,she knows things arnt right with you thats why she insist you eat your dinner ,talk to her sweetie tell he what you tell us ,she dont want you ill and neither do we ,,,please try and take better care of your health ,,,kat
