Use lots of conditioner. Keep it moisturized. Don't blow dry it anymore than you have to.

Water: Your water plays a very important factor in your hairs condition, if you have alot of chemicals in your water it can cause your hair problems. Rust will give hair a brassy color, cause dryness and make hair frizzy.

Product: You need to use a good shampoo & conditioner and maybe even a leave-in-conditioner. Try not to use too much product such as gel, mouse, h.s., they all seem to contain alcohol which will dry the hair.

Hair dryers & styling toolls can cause damage to hair if used too much. I always let my hair air dry so that it doesn't get dry.

Vitamins also help alittle.

make sure you really rinse out your "in shower" conditioner and then after towel drying your hair use a "leave in" conditioner. You might want to try a product called " Varnish" at any Beauty supply store. Use sparingly, though, or your hair will look greasy.

Well, you can try using the Garnier stuff. It comes in a green bottle and you can get the type that fits you like if you have a perm or hard to grow hair and all that kind of stuff. you want to use the same type of conditionar and shampoo. like if you get perm shampoo and you need to get perm conditioner.
