Yes, your body releases stored fat and water in sweat and in the heat you give off. The change, however, is not noticeable until consistent excersise because one excersise session would not result in a noticeable change in weight. The muscle you build over time will burn off more fat in your daily activities and during more excersise.

that's what I did - Winsor Pilates 40 5 minute exercising ordinary DVD 3 or 4 situations each and every week, middle Rythmns long exercising ordinary DVD maybe two times each and every week observing the climate, and then a brisk walk on the park fairly much every day if the climate replaced into good. you may get great consequences from merely going for a walk or a jog outdoors, yet in the iciness months it rather is available to have a DVD that'll provide you some cardio indoors. And Pilates are merely magnificent! I additionally am doing Weight Watchers for the eating ordinary area, and that i've got lost almost 50 kilos when you consider that January!

If you are doing cardio than you'll start losing pretty fast, especially if you are also dieting. If you are doing strength training it'll be slower because you're adding muscle weight as you lose fat, but it's still recommended if you want to actually be healthier, in the long run the muscle will help you burn calories during the cardio.

No, in fact at times, you may realize what seems to be a "temporary" weight gain - (Muscle weighs more than fat) If you are dieting and excercising properly you will see a reasonable weight loss over time. ("Sweating off water weight does not count! *smile* - besides, that will be gained back promptly) Have a great day.

Well, not right away. Even for those who lose weight quickly, there is a delay. This is because our bodies are slow and need to adapt, first.

No. My understanding is that you do lose some calories but your fat reserves are not immediately burned. You have to do prolonged, moderate exercise, like jogging or taking a walk.
