ok 1 off amy good brands i can find at walmart? if so how much $ ? if not where can i find some and what are good safe brands?

Wal-mart is alright and they have decent stuff, but it is generic basically. You will get it for cheap. But if you want to get some good protein go to www.gnc.com they have a sale the beginning of each month. I used to use some stuff called muscle milk. It tasted good and it worked.
