I would be interested in contacting my paternal second cousins, descended from my great-grandfather, Thomas Bridgwater (1892-1962). Thomas had four children, Hilda, Joe, Freddie (my grandfather) and Elsie Bridgewater. I've had some contact from someone descended from Elsie via "GenesReunited". However, only people specifically interested in genealogy join GenesReunited or related services. I would just generally like to get in touch with the descendants of Hilda and Joe Bridgewater. I believe that Joe and Hilda are deceased.
I don't know where they live, but presumably Herefordshire or Staffordshire. My side of the family hasn't been in contact with them for years and I have no concrete idea as to where they live. Descendants in my generation would be great-grandsons of Thomas Bridgewater and second cousins.
Is there any way I can look them up on the internet for free?

To the answerer called "NONAME". What gives you the right to respond to my question with an insult? Did you know that that is against Yahoo! Answers rules? I have reported your answer for insulting others.
Second cousins are NOT the children of first cousins. The children of first cousins are first cousins once removed. Yes, I know all my first cousins and my cousins once removed. Second cousins are the cousins once removed of my father. We do not know them, nor do we know where we live.

Just to clarify, my paternal family are in the United Kingdom, specifically in England, so I need information on how to search in England.
