To get rid of an ugly birthmark, get a pretty tattoo over it, or have them put arms, legs, and a hat on it. It it's really big, you can incorporate it into a larger landscape tattoo.

Also, you can probably have it removed with lasers, but it will likely cost a lot more money than a tattoo.

Depends on the birthmark type, size and location. Some are treated very well with a laser.

Best bet is to see a dermatologist - this is not something to do by yourself.

Check with a dermatologist they can remove most birthmarks with a laser.

Others resorted to having tattoos on their legs. So don't be ashamed having this birthmark on you. Without you knowing it...it may look cute and unique to the onlookers. Something you alone have...something to be proud of. Cheer up...with your chin up...you've got what they don't have.

Possibly laser treatment. Look what it did for Michael Jackson. (Sorry, I couldn't resist.) Lasers are used to "bleach" tattoos. Who knows? Check with a dermatologist you trust. Good luck.

I have a big round one on my leg too. i really hate it, too. i went to a dermatoligist over the summer, and they said they could remove it. but, it cost over $1,500 so i couldn't get it removed because it cost so much. that is the only way i know of getting rid of it.

stay strong, and if u find another way to get rid of it. please let me know!

this is my email...irishvballgal5@yahoo.com

thanks!

I believe you can get those removed now thanks to cosmetic surgery. If you can afford it then try that. I dont know if you can put a tattoo over it. But you should talk to a real doctor. There isnt any creams or anything that can remove it.

why take it away? I love my birthmark. but you don't. and i would just say don't worry about. some people might not even notice it.
