Im 16 yrs old..5'2..128 lbs...I'd like to go down to 115 by May..any suggestions on how I can make this happen safely?

Working out hard is the best way. Go to gym every day and work out hard at least for 2 hours a day. Just drink as much as water you can whenever you feel hungry. You know people should take about 1.5 - 1.6 liters of water a day. not eating dinner can also help you lose weight. Don't eat anything after 7pm.

If you have the money, eat only organic food and walk without stopping for an hour a day. If you don't have the money eat your best 6 times a day small portions and excersize at least for 20-45 minutes a day and eat anything you want one day week. This will fool your body that you aren't dieting.

I know that you are probably exercising, but make it fun. and whenever you have an opportunity, do it.

The second factor is your food. Try to eat as healthy as you can, but don't go overboard. maybe for breakfast, eat some fruit, or yogurt, or even some toast.

Most of all though, keep moving, don't let yourself overeat, and at mealtimes, stop when you don't feel hungry anymore, not when your plate is emptyed.

I've lost a lot of weight by altering my eating habits and I dont exercise as much as I should but...

I eat breakfest and make lunch my biggest meal. I eat something very small for dinner and not to late. I've lost 45 pounds since July doing this. and You don't need to lose that so. Good Luck!

eat healthy breakfast early in the morning, to speed up metabolism.
run every day for at least 20 min to start. Keep your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes per day.
eat light lunches
for dinner, eat healthy food and don't eat too late, before 7:00pm. Don't eat anything after that.
Drink a lot of water.

seriously i know it sounds boring and a chore.. but excerise is the only way... and eating healthier. dont do anything ridiculous like cut out all carbs, thats not healthy, but lower the intake of high carb ans sugary foods. You can still have treats just in moderation :)

Of course working out but you can also try a high fiber diet, try getting at least 25 grams of fiber into your diet and lower your fats, sugar and carbs . It really works!

just try not too eat too much bread and stop eating sweets....drink as much water as you can...and exercise a bit...if you dislike exercising..than try walking instead of going by bus or car.... ;)
