Kids like it crunchy generally! Get a nice lean boneless cut of meat and either grill it plainly or get some shake-n-bake for it and cook it according to package directions. After cooking it cut it up and serve it with a sauce to dip the bite size portions in--ketchup, honey, or BBQ sauce are all kid friendly.

I have found that a lot of kids are not big meat eaters though, so don't be too discouraged if they don't go crazy over it.

I never deep fry or coat any meat for them its unhealthy.

put it in burritos or sandwiches or something interesting, also worry about them getting their veggies.
