My drivers license was revoked because of non payment for two judgements, because I did not have the money. Is there something I can do. Please help

Is it not obvious? Pay the judgements, and you can have your driver licence back. Don't pay, and keep walking. You have had 10 years to arrange something, how much longer would you like?

Of course there is. Pay the 2 judgments. Then you can get your license back, and get your life on track.
