What do I do?

Sometimes I don't trust my boyfriend, even though I have no reason not to. I get very jealous, even when he just says hi to another girl. I even sometimes delete messages that he has from a different girl. I don't know how to get over this! I love my boyfriend but I seem to be hurting myself by having him. Please help.

I think you should ask him first to always love you and no one else! Soon, you will learn to just let things slide. I bet you talk to other guys and hopefuly he doesn't care. Don't worry about it.

Actually you don't love him because you don't trust him.

But we could take this one step further - the reason you don't trust him is because you don't trust yourself.

The way you treat other people is usually just a reflection of an inner conflict that you have. If you're always late you get frustrated by people that are late, even though you do it too. That's projection.

So you'd better start trusting yourself more, or you will never trust him. And I will tell you - guarantee you - that if you keep this behavor up he will leave you. It's very irritating to be with someone that doesn't trust you - especially if there's no reason.

Please - get rid of the negativity about yourself and start trusting people. It's hard at first but it does get easier.

well keep n doing what you are doing and I am 100% sure you will loss him cause you are just beeing sulfish you never found some thing and you are jealous about it with out any reason so well I guess that is all I have to say

You sound like you need help. Invading his privacy and deleting his messages? If he finds out, I'm sure he'll dump you.

talk to him about it, get reassured that he isnt doing anything and wont. hopefully that will restore your faith.
