OK, First off Smart Media due to a design limitation was never designed to be bigger then 128mb, thus none were ever produced bigger then 128mg.
Thats why current Olympus and fuji camera switched to XD memory (still has a limit, but now 8gb).
Sorry no 1 gb was ever produced by anyone.

They don't make a 1G smart media card. Even the smaller ones are getting hard to find, as SM is obsolete.
I just checked B & H Photo. The biggest SM card they list is 128mb, and it's out. of stock AND it's $62.95 plus shipping, ouch!
You might find one on eBay, or the left over stock at a big box store or camera store. I wouldn't invest gobs of money in one. Your next digital camera will not use that kind of memory.

If you make informed decisions and approach your penny stock investments with the same thoroughness that you’d use in your other investments, you too can unlock a whole lot of profit potential. Learn here https://tr.im/O4jq5
It’s absolutely true that penny stock investors can make very quick gains. Synutra International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYUT) is a great example of a penny stock. This dairy-based, nutritional-products company has jumped from a little Bulletin Board operation to a billion dollar corporation. The company finally graduated from Over-the-Counter status to the NASDAQ Stock Market bringing with it 113% gains in less than two months.
This happens all the time and it’s how some of the best investors in the world became the richest investors in the world. Buying some shares for pennies on the dollar and selling at $10 or $20 is possibly the fastest way from being a hobby investor to a super investor

Good luck tracking down a 1GB card - the maximum I can find on the net is 128MB - and that's £59 - cheaper to buy a SD or XD Digital Camera.
Smartmedia is old technology - XD is better from Fujitsu far better quality and more widely available much like SD cards.
Worth considering :)

You''re joking, right? You can get digital memory cards from ANYWHERE now. Here's a short list.
Photographic shops, like Jessops and London Camera Exchange.
Photographic print shops, like Truprint and Kodak outlets.
Chemists, like Boots and Superdrug
every other general shop in existance, like Sainsburys, tescos, morrisons, one-stop, londis. Library's, computer stores, PC World, Commet, Currys, Electronis Boutique, Game....
Need I go on?
Seriously, you can get 1gig memory cards from practically anywhere that sells electronic goods. Which is most places these days.
