I am pretty flexible now but I want to be able to stretch my bosy beyond limits and try some new moves...where can I find how to guides or any information to learn?

but it's best to get a trainer so you know you're doing it right. otherwise you may be sloppy or even get hurt.

You might want to try Yoga to start, or check at your local YMCA or recreation center for streatching classes

Be very careful, I would say. Move slowly and try different contortions. If you fail, don't tie yourself up in knots over this. We all put our foot in our mouth from time to time.
