I have a crush on one of these guys at my job. He's so cute. and nice and he's always smiling at me and saying hi. I really want to get to know him more but I'm really shy around guys. How can I get his attention?

Baby, smile back at him. If you can, ask him what he is doing this coming weekend or when both of you have the same day or evening off. Go out to lunch and talk as friends first. See how the friendship works second and if everything goes well, just stick to a friendship for a while. Learn about each others likes and dislikes. Ask each other questions like, do you like pudding or jello? Nikies or Adidas? Baseball or Football? This will teach both of you about the other. This could be a blast, give it a try. You will be alright. The worst that could happen is he does not want to go out, however, I think you will not have that problem.

If he's always smiling and saying hi, you know you should go for it ^_^ Take a risk, talk to him a bit, have conversations with him and flirt. He prolly likes you anyways. You can also work together and, when the time comes, ask him if he wants to go for a cup of coffee or something. Much luck XD

Ask him to go and get a cup of coffie with you, so you can ask him questions about your job! The only trick is, only talk about the job for a little bit, then start talking about your life and his! Sooner or later, you will be going to get coffie or lunch at least three times a week! Best of luck!! ^_^

seriously umm just start talking to him, casually, random chit chat like music or movies or even politics, whatever tickles ur pickle. even if ur shy try not to be, trust me even if THIS guy doesnt work ou, ur self confidence will grow which will inturn help you meet mroe guys (and friends). just put urself out there and watch usrelf change. sounds like he might be interested to so why hold back? he might be shy too an just needs a little prodding =) good luck!
