I have this friend, who flirts with all the girls, but he's sort of special with me, and some of my friends say he likes me, but i'm not so sure about that, and it's kind of complicated because one of my best friends is in love with him, what do you think??

Ask him if he likes you... if he says yes you have to figure out if going out with him will ruin your relationship with your best friend.

He may very well like you, but go slow and let the relationship develop. You will soon know because he will start spending more time with you. If you don't really like him step back and let your friend step up.

ask him something very hard to do for you, if he does it without complaining, he likes you, or dunt his car, if he say its ok, and does not show any type of anger on his face, he likes you, do you understand the point i am trying to say. I hope so. Good luck.
