i don't think it means anything. maybe the closest thing i've heard is like a scream kyaaaaaahhhh.

"Kia ora" is "Hello" in Maori, a native language of New Zealand, but "kia" is not a Japanese word...

thats a japanese or south korean brand of car, or you can find the word on a japanese dictionary website try finding it on yahoo or google search
