Firstly, when it freezes, hold control+alt+delete until a little window comes up and click end task on all things, then restart your computer.

you may have to many programs running in the back ground,, try closing those down that you don't/not using

go to your task bar right hand side, right click on them a close them down,

could be that your memory is getting low and that is what causing it to freeze up
