NO NO NO NO PET STORE - these pups are from unhealthy puppy mills . Go to AKC. org and find chihuahua breed club in your area,,, contact them and they will be very very helpful to you..

At a pet shop. Shop owners usually know the names of breeders and they will be able to get you one. OO
