I know that a salon would be better on my hair, but in this town, appointments are terribly hard to get. So, I have to use hair bought dye. I need the color to last long and look as it did the day I colored it. Shiny would be nice too. The price doesn't matter. I need the store to get it from too. Thanks!

Stay away from store color, it is very harsh on the hair and alot of it contains metallic dye which is extremely damaging.

Ever went to Sallys Beauty Supply? They are closest you'll find to professional color. You don't need a license to buy there and they are just as cheap in price as store colors. They are really good for giving helpful advise to.

you want hair dye from a keep to get red. perhaps placed on a wig? also, for most red hair dye, you want to bleach your hair first. or perhaps inspite of the indisputable fact that the bottle says this is going to bathe out in 3 weeks, it oftentimes would not (substances a lot more suitable in red/red than the different shade).
