It tastes like watery milk. Maybe slightly less sweet than regular milk because the cream and fat have been removed.

skim milk tastes like watered down milk. its supposed to be alot healthier for you because it has the same nutrients and calcium, but not as much fat.

not that bad..it is an acquired taste..but you can see if you like it take milk and add alittle or a couple of ice cubes..and you will see the difference..and see if you can tolerate it..
