Does the other party involved seem like they are ready for a kiss? I would not kiss until I've at least held their hands first. Wait until you are ready! Are you ready? Are they? Chew some breath mints first!

depends on your age and your experience level. If your in middle school i'd say wait a few weeks. High school; not more than 2 weeks. Of course that's just my opinion, my rule of thumb, don't go running off and making out with him because you've been going out for 2 months just because i said so. When ever you are both ready, then go for it.

you should wait for a week or so. get to know the guy. try and let him make the first move though. but if he doesn't, be brave and make it yourself. :)
