Question

when some one is talking s-hit about your race or color??
im a mexican and i hear people talking **** all the time and i feel like my veins are just going to pop out and i get out of control and feel like i have a very high fever. my friends are all the same way but the only thing is that they fight and i dont i just get really mad.

Sometimes I get kinda angry too but depends on what people are saying. If it's something stupid they're saying and if it doesn't make sense then, ignore them. They are being ignorant and that's why what they say is stupid. I don't fight them and I guess it's a good thing that you don't either, but if it really bothers you and their comments are being directed at you then you have the right to say something back but have a real answer when talking back because if you don't then you are now the "stupid" one.

yeah, i understand. people talk crap about my race all the time. i hate it. they never appreciate who you are inside. they either have high or low expectations. they don't see you for who you really are. i know i can't stop people from being racist pricks. so the way i deal with is i just live my life the way want too. i don't live for them or for what they say. i am me. that will never change.

you know you are a good person so someone else does not --- by getting mad you are confirming their biases so laugh at them a good belly fun laugh ---- you will feel better and they will be mad then but cant do a thing about it as long as you are not making fun of them --- thats sinking to their level --- and you are better than that
