When someone say (NOr do i really wish to). Does it mean that there a slight chance that they wish to.

It doesnt mean they have a slight wish too, but they wouldnt be miserable if they had to do it.

They're saying no, I really don't want to.

I don't think so. It is most probably just a polite way of saying "I don't wish to".

No. It means they don't wish to do it at all, but they will if you hold a gun to their head/force them into doing it somehow.
