Well...first try complomenting him by telling one of his best buds something like oh wow___ got a really cool haircut right? or something like that so that way his friend knows your interested and concerned and it will eventually get back to him and will thank you!! try being a little flirty and dont care it he catches you staring cause you will know that he is staring back!!
