you have to keep yourself busy, go out with friends, and start to regain your independance, sitting around sulking and thinking and being depressed make things worse. You need find out who you are, what you need in life, and work on yourself for a while. Dont jump into another relationship, and just enjoy being with friends, family and yourself. then when you feel good start getting back into the dating scene, and be patient, dont just go for the first guy who finds you attractive, and makes you feel wanted again. take it slow and easy and develop relationships with other people carefully.

Sweetie it take time for a broken heart to be heal. One thing you can do and start going out with your friends to the movies, club, sporting events, concerts and any other events. You have to move on with your life, sure enough it hurts but girl kick the dust off your feet and get in those sexy heels and black dress, put your hair up and move on with your life. Life suppose to be fun and excited once your fall down pick yourself up and keep yourself busy and soon you'll forget all about him.

first of all healing hurt break is by believing in yourself and that this person doesn't worth it its not about convincing yourself that you are better than him you are better than him really but it's about believing in yourself and not letting the desperation takes control over you go out with friends go shopping prove yourself in work or in school or college concentrate on being a better person don't try to get involved in a relation ship before you are completely over the past one otherwise you are getting worse focus on the past mistakes and don't let them happen again and before all of this don't stop loving yourself for who you really are and don't hide you aren't a bad one you are a good person and a special one just a breakup means that we still need more experience GOOD LUCK

From experience, time heals.. I talked and talked with friends until I was all talked out. I cried and cried until there were no more tears. Now, I'm thankful for the good times and the bad times/break up don't hurt anymore.

Time and focusing on other things. Spend time on your hobbies, on activities you love. It won't always hurt the way it does now, I promise, but if you spend time thinking about it, it will take longer to weaken.
