Actually it's a joint custody arrangement. See, they're opposed to gay marriage because it's an abomination and whatnot, but the Republican party is an other weird marriage: the marriage of theocracy of crony capitalism.
On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, President Bush is a theocrat. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday's, he's a lousy economist.
On Sunday he's at church.

To add to your good question.
Bush is the head man, President, Commander in Chief of the Religious Right. Whatever comes into Bush's conservative mind, is a glorious march into the past for people opposed to enlightenment.

actually previously there was a book written by D Kuo (not sure on the spelling which shows at that time this was not true but the republican party is so worried that they wanted to keep them as part of their base just as they do business people, and staes rights advocates etc.
We made a mistake backing Bush sorry many of my fellows were fooled my guess is it will not happen again anytime soon.

Life changing research? So to you the convenience of the living justifies the death of the unborn?
Anyways, learn a little about what he did; he vetoed gov funding for it, he didn't 'block' it.
Go give your own money to the research center.

Yep. Did you also know that this is the same religious right who are waiting for the rupture? Which will start with a war between Jews and Arabs? So, just how keen is your president to find a peaceful settlement in the Middle East?

Actually they are not happy with him as he doesn't do everything they say.
The RR are a cocky bunch and believe they gave Bush his presidency so therefore he must answer to them. Thankfully, even Bush doesn't believe that.

The guy has been a religious nutter from the day he swore to uphold the constitution and then proceeded to break most the amendments.

I disagree. I think bush used the religious right to get votes. All he had to do was claim to be a devout christian, and they back him. He doesnt have to actually walk the walk, just has to say he bleieves and do a couple things to make them buy it, and he has their undying support.

Yep, I think Bush isnt a christian at all but poses as one to gain supporters for his administration. If he hadnt been christian he would have never gotten presidency.
