If she would like an intelligent dog that is super cute, spunky, and loaded with personality, I would suggest a Miniature Pinscher. They stay small....but, they are full of energy.

go to your shelter and look around---you should not ever pay $300-500 for a dog when there are so many dogs in shelters just waiting for a home. I am wondering why your friend needs to carry a dog around in a pet carrier, I hope she is not a Brittany-Nicole wannabe who carried their teeny dogs all over just for the attention.

If she is not interested in a particular breed the her to go to petfind.com
Have her pick dog for animal
Have her pick young for a age
Have pick small for size
Have her put in her zip code
She should be able to find a dog. Have her do it once a month until she finds her dog

I would recommend your friend to go to an animal shelter and adopt some full grown mix like a beagle mix. Animal shelters have several dogs lokking for a loving home, and your frien would feel good about saving a dogs life.

That's easy. Have an auction for a date with Buk or his Dog. Sell the tickets for the date with Buk for 50 cents and for $5 for the Dog. Make sure to promise leg-humping on the date with either one. amen ,let's eat.. doggy biscuits

Go to the pound. Ask to see full-grown dogs so you can see what size they are.
And give an unwanted pooch a home. ;o)

Try a beagle. They remain a small size and don't over do it on the barking.
