You should still do low impact cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes to keep your heart healthy (this is the most important reason you do cardio!) and besides, you want to maintain your weight I am sure.. As some have mentioned, strength training is an excellent way to tone up.. Use light weights and stick more to floor exercises that do not leave you winded.

Do weights and less cardio. Muscle weight is much heavier than fat. Do lots of reps and less weight to keep the muscles from being bulgy like a guy.

Do strength training. It will tone your muscles without "bulking up". Also, water areobics tone up muscles.

use the weight part of the gym and press ups they really help. well done for losing all that weight thats brilliant
