I have posted on another site about a guy that I met a year ago that I recently got back in touch with. About a month ago, I ended a on again off again relationship with another guy. I was questioning myself to see if I was rebounding because I not trying to hurt anyone.

This is from part of my post:

I'm really interesting in him and getting to know him. I think if we take it slow then will be ok.

Response that I received:

Why? Why are you really interested, rather than just interested? Are you interested in part, because it proves you where right? Because it proves others can still care about you? Because it proves you're still dateable? Do you in your mind need to be in a relationship? Are you willing to settle, until something better comes along?

I not doing none of the questions addressed to me. What do you think about this response?

I ended it with the old girl because he was verbally abusive which was leading up to physical abuse. I didn't end it because of the new guy. He has nothing to do my decision the end it with the old guy

Sounds like someone trying to play psychologist to me but I'm not a professional either. Anyways, there's nothing wrong with getting to know someone first. It' usually a good idea to allow yourself a little time to heal from one relationship before you jump into another one. Make sure this guy that came back into your life is worth having a relationship with. Take it slow and easy, there's NO reason to jump into anything too fast. Keep your heart and eyes open girl and play it safe.

I think you should have kept the guy u had...if you ended it because of this guy. He doesn't really sound interested...Forget about him and move one. Life is short! Enjoy it while you can.

I think that someone needs to take sleeping pills, and then stop watching Dr. Phil, If it is what you want then go for it!
