You are looking at it now-once you die your eye-balls will no longer work because you will not have a brain to make them function-heaven looks like whatever you imagine it too as long as you are alive-but to create heaven on earth you must sacrifice those things that you see are killing the planet because of their overuse!

a vast craftsman style library on the Irish coast with flowing rivers of Guinness, and German chocolate brownies growing on trees. polar bears would be a snugly as domestic cats, and Ewan McGregor would be my personal masseur.

I enjoy Terry Pratchett's view of the afterlife in his Discworld novels. You get pretty much the afterlife you expect.

It will be better than anything any of us have ever dreamed.
Which brings up an interesting thought that's worth contemplating:
Heaven will be *better* than sex.
