I mean faith that he controls everything and brings experiences too you to teach you something... Insurance to prevent God from taking your stuff, seatbelt to prevent god from hurting you, and savings so that god can never make you go hungry.......isnt this a lack of faith in God? This is a lack of faith in Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam and the christianity of the mystics...... but modern christianity does not think so... anyone care to explain,,,,,,,

There are countless examples in Christendom of believers who walked by faith and not by sight, and I endeavor to follow in their footsteps. I think of Hudson Taylor, who developed China Inland Mission, and did it by faith. He studied to be a doctor and trusted G-d in ever increasing ways for G-d to take care of him, because he know that G-d would be the only one who could supply his needs. And He did. He communicated his needs only to G-d. In the same generation we have George Mueller of Bristol, England who supported not only an orphanage but missionaries abroad (including Hudson Taylor). If I leave a 100 bill out in the yard, I have faith that the bill will be taken, because G-d expects me to use my head, but I also believe that G-d would have reminded me that the C note was out in the yard. G-d gives us common sense, but beyond that exists a world of faith.

We trust in God for all our needs. A proper mate, a good job, good friends, help in training kids, etc.

We have insurance and seatbelts an savings plans because it is the responsible thing to do.

Insurance so that we don't have to pay for something again, seatbelts because it is the law, and it protects, and savings because we do not know when a car will break down or some appliance will quit working.
We have burial insurance so that we are not loading our spouse down with expenses at a time of sorrow.
We live as though it is our last day, and plan as though we will never die. That is the responsible way to live.

God takes care of us here, and the next world.

Read Matthew 25.

God is taking care of you, and giving you the experiences he wants you to have to give you the opportunity to fulfill your potential. But there's more to it than that - you have been entrusted with a gift - and you are free to squander it if you like, but there is a purpose to your time here - do not throw it away. God want you to push yourself and test yourself - and you can do so knowing that HE has your back. Ever hear the saying/question "What could you accomplish if you knew you could not fail?" The point isn't that you should live life with reckless abandon, but that you should not let fear of failure paralyze you. It is the same with God. There is no promise of life without consequences, but in the end you will be held accountable for how you lived your life with the blessings that God has given you. The important question for Christians is: Will you be able to honestly say that you have lived well and honored him?

To willfully sin with the expectancy that God will forgive you is to take the grace of God with no attention. interior the Bible (Romans financial ruin 6 vs 15-17) it addresses this and makes it clean that it does not artwork that way. God does forgive while a undemanding confession is made alongside with a heart physique of strategies that needs to instruct removed from that sin and then quit doing that undertaking, regardless of this is. this is named repentance. that doesn't mean that a guy or woman won't sin back, or perhaps that they gained't ever try this sin back, however the physique of strategies is there that asserts "I trust you God that this is erroneous and that i want your help to quit doing it." substitute is a technique and each so often we crumple at the same time as we are learning to stroll. even regardless of the incontrovertible fact which you're forgiven there nevertheless would be outcomes that would desire to be dealt with. as an occasion, God can forgive any sin, even homicide and baby molestation, yet detention center won't bypass away if convicted in a courtroom of regulation. in accordance to the Bible, we are stored with the aid of faith, not with the aid of our deeds. (Ephesians 2: 8-9) (James 2: 14-26) simply by fact of our sin nature, we are able to never be "stable sufficient" to earn salvation. this is a cutting-edge from God to all who have faith and seem to Christ for the forgiveness of sin.

I do have faith that all in all God will take care of me by as you said giving me experiences that I can learn and grow from - I may not like them, but I can learn and grow from them.

I also believe that God wants me to be self sufficient and law-abiding person - so I can be the kind of person that can help others - hence the savings accounts and seat belts.

I trust God because he has been there many times for me in the past. But God also wants us to use our brain and think for ourselves. Such as common sense things like wearing a seatbelt. He doesnt want us to just blindly jump off a cliff and expect him to save us.

Faith is nothing but conditioning!

People are told to believe in some invisible man that will provide for them. However this invisible man has yet to provide one single thing!

Everything that occurs is the result of people making choices and taking action! There is no God involved in any thing that occurs in this world! This is because THERE IS NO GOD!!!

One God. All others are false, and the one God that is the true God chastens those that he loves. So if you know God you will have to suffer for a time.

There are so many examples in the bible. Take Job for example.

If god had complete control over thecreatures and take care of every one why millions go hungry to bed? why thousands die everyday? why sunami & earth quakes which kill several thousands? He cannot take care of the people.. not because of lack of faith but simply he does not have that power. Millions throng at Mecca.. You remember what happened last year!! One year passed bringing the memories of great agonies of people of all faith ..I mean sunami that killed several millions of all faith.. including some who were on their way to offer prayers ...

God is not doing miracles right now, but if you do what God says he does help you. He might not make a plate of food appear in front of you, but he may give you good qualities that make you stand out for a job interview. He might not stop a hurricane at this moment, because they are natural problems, but he might help you move on. God does not help people the way they wish him to help, but some day he will. And the ones who continued to be his followers, will have the possiblity to enjoy the moment when he helps the way people wish he would do so now. It just isn't the right moment yet.
