just ask her little questions... about anything! get a conversation going... let her do most of the talking...

well if you sit next to her start to talking to her about schoolwork tell her you did not get something that the theacher said
then start talking about well ask her questions about herself, shell ask you questions about u, or what she did on the week end, talk to her about anything as long as you talk everythings gonna be ok
but also you have to make sure shes into u because if shes not ur probably gonna get on her nerves

she is with you in the same class this means that she is your colleague so there is nothing wrong on talking to a colleague go and ask her about anything in your study then introduce yourself to her then make your relationship closer by talking to her and when you get close enough to her you can tell her your feelings

if you both have myspaces or AIM thats a good way to start if your really shy.....but otherwise, if shes talking about something with people, just sorta get in the convo, but dont say anything crrepy...ya dont wanna freak her out
