What does it mean if while at a party, my best friend's boyfriend put his number into my phone while I was in the other room? He was paying more attention to me than to her during the party....I have a feeling that it's not good.

It means he is very strongly attracted to you and is communicating to you that he wants to have you "spend time with him" incognito. That is to say, he wants to test drive you without his girlfriend knowing this. If you aren't agreeable with this, just ignore it. Do not tell your friend unless he gets too pushy about it. I think he is testing the waters. Your non-response would be like your way of saying that you are not interested.

if your at a party and ur bfs boyfriend puts his number in your phone i'd tell your bestfriend about it and let her find out why it happened... he may just want to be really good friends with you or he may be wanting to date you and cheat on ur bf... who knows guys are tricky... be careful and tell ur friend...

He's flirting with you. You can delete it. Or you can call him. It depends on how much you value your friendship. Maybe they got in a fight. Or he just doesnt like your friend. It's not neccecarily a bad thing. Like I said. It depends.

He's flirting with you, and it sounds like to me, he's trying to start some stuff. Either he liked you 1st or he's trying to make her jealous. Whatever you do, just dont fall for it. He's her boyfriend and she's your bestfriend. Stay away.
