I have wavy hair...personally, I think washing your hair and then putting about a silver dollar size dollop in your hands and evenly spreading it throughout is a great way to begin this process. I use a diffuser after that, spraying in hair spray and scrunching it at the same time while drying it. (I like to use a root booster too, for more body. Just put that in before the gel at the roots of your hair if you choose.)
1. Wash Hair.
2. Evenly spread a good amount of gel in hair.
3. Use diffuser to dry hair while scrunching and adding hair spray to hold the style.
4. Re-use the hair style as much as you can in the next couple of days! It holds well.
Have a good day.

I have LONG wavy hair my hair is half way from my butt. What I do is that when I get out of the shower I blow dry my hair then after I do that I flat iron it. You have to add some frizz control to it so it can be nice and shiny. But to scrunch up your hair I usually just tie it up in a pony tail. But if you do what I just told you your hair will calm down more. Also if you dont have time to blow dry and flat iron you can take your hair put some frizz control or Fructis Milk hair serom and put it all over your hair while it wet but not too wet and put it in a pony then after a few min. or sometimes a half an hour it looks really nice and really healthy.

I have thick strait hair, and sometimes i want it to be scrunched, so i just wash my hair. then i put in some leave in conditioner. then i braid my hair into two braids. wait until your hair is dry, ands take them out, your hair will be scrunched. TIP: i have thick hair, and from experience, i know my hair take a long time to dry, so you should make sure that your hair is dry on the inside of the braid, it may still be wet. i hope this works for you, because id works with me. GOOD LUCK!

I have thick wavy hair and what I do is when I get out of the shower I begin to scrunch it with my hands and then when it is towel dryed I put Herbal Essences scrunching jel. It really works it keeps your hair controled and not puffy or freezy.

hi, well i have thick wavy hair and normally when i scrunch it, it just goes like a ball of friz!
Recently i brought some curling mouse, and curling hold spray and a good defuser for my hair dryer.
I now, cake my hair in curling mouse, stick me head between me legs and use the defuser to scrunch my hair on a low speed (too fast frizzes it up), when almost dry use a curling hold spray, then finish drying, once dry, before i flick my hair up i spray hair spray to keep it curly and scrunch some serum into it. then when i flick he head up, its curly, not frizzy, needs to be pulled around and styled to your parting, but looks quite good and as long as you spray hair spray with your head upside down the next day, it stays good!
hope this helps
