If you feel very strongly then you need to talk to a doctor about it, any treatment is usually begun via them. The way is long and hard but it can be done;

A transgendered person is someone whose physical sex (girl or boy) doesn't match their emotional sex. That is, they may look like a man, with a penis, but feel inside that they are a woman. This is not really that uncommon and it is nothing to be ashamed of. There are tons of resources and support groups for transgendered persons -- try looking at your local public library for some books about it, or Googling your city's name along with the phrase "support group transgendered" to see if there are any support groups in your area.

It's important that you accept who you feel you really are -- it's important that you love yourself for who you are. This is the only way to make others accept you as well. Act on your instincts! They are the only things that should be telling you what is "right" or "wrong" in your situation.

You may also wish to speak with a mental health counselor to help deal with the complicated emotions that this can bring up. If you feel like you can't talk to your parents about this, try talking to an adult friend or other relative, or to your school counselor or nurse.

Hang in there and take care!

If you are not confortable as you are, And it need to change physically or mentaly i belive that it is best to contact a speciallits in this subject. I would think the best thing you need to do it contact your doctor (remember they have a doctor paintence confidentionaly, if this worries you)They will give you information possible in leaflets and if they can't help you then, they beable to transfer you to a specialist min the subject area
Also what you can do is search on the internet but try to take in to account information from bonifido website.
Hope this helps :)

Transgender is the state of one's "gender identity" (self-identification as male, female, both or neither) not matching one's "assigned gender" (identification by others as male or female based on physical/genetic sex). Transgender does not imply any specific form of sexual orientation (transgender people may identify as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, pansexual or asexual.)

Speak to your GP, they can help you by making referals to the right people out there who can help you. If you dont like your GP or something like that, try a councilor... they are trained not to be judgmental and can point you in the right direction for advice. Dont worry you aren't alone in the world, you just need some advice about it and decide what you want to do next.

Best of luck and take care
