If you are in an on-line relationship with someone, and either you or the other person have an ongoing relationship elsewhere. Would you consider that cheating?
I don't take it as cheating, because I consider a relationship to be physical, I mean actually being able to touch the person and spend quality time with them...not just talking on-line or over the phone. When is it considered cheating?

Well if they have another realtionship and that one is a physical one then he might not be cheating on you but definitely the other person. When you share emotions with someone that should only be shared with that special person then I think it is cheating. Sometimes that hurts more than actually them sleeping with someone.

I don't believe it would be cheating? I guess it all depends on how you feel about each particular person? Just as meeting someone in person and knowing they are the one, even speaking to them online, you connect better with some than others.

Your cheating.
Emotional infidelity is just as bad as a physical infidelity.
You are sharing your heart with someone other than your husband.
You are trying to justify something you know is wrong.

Maybe put yourself in the other person's shoes? How would you feel about it? If you wouldn't like it, isn't it fair to treat them with the same decency?
