Does anyone know if Ogilvie Home Perm is a good product?

I really want to perm my hair but don't want to pay too much. I was wondering if anyone has used this product or knows someone who has and could let me know if it's good or not. Thanks a bunch!!@

It's not bad but you have to follow the DIRECTIONS to a tee
